Ryan has looked after my furnace and my instant hot water system for the past few years. The first year, Ryan had to research my water system as it was not known to Canada. He made a few trips to which he never charged because he saw it as a learning experience for him as well. He connected gas lines to my hot water on demand system and ran another gas connection upstairs for a future fireplace installation.
